It's Your Time!🫶⏰

Have you ever stopped and listened to your mind? 🤔  What are your thoughts? What is your mind telling you?

 

Have you considered that you are not your mind or your thoughts? I know this sounds crazy, and the first time I heard this, I argued about it.

 

 What if it's true that you are not your mind and that your mind is just a program you've been running based on all your past experiences? I don't know about you, but if I truly were my mind, I would choose some better things (happier things) to say.

 

Do you notice your thoughts each day?

 

If you want to know what your life will be like a year from now, just look at the thoughts you have about yourself today.

 

Mostly why people live suppressed, depressed 😢, unfulfilled, or even just mundane lives at best is because of the thoughts they have day in and day out.

 

When I talk about having a great mindset, it’s not just so that you can have all of the material things you want in life (and you should get these things!), it’s so you can live a life of pure joy, happiness, 😁 and abundance in all areas of your life each and every day.

 

If you are someone who cares about your mindset, I invite you to look and see if you are mindful of it when you are down, low energy, something big happens, or if you are mindful of it regularly. Like every hour, checking in to see what’s present. Being fully aware of your thoughts.

 

Truly changing our lives requires more than an occasional check-in about our mental state.

 

Although I am someone who has a "glass is almost full" perspective in life and have been coaching people on their mindsets for over 20 years, at the beginning of the year, I noticed how lazy I was from day to day to keep my vibe high and experience pure joy. So I challenged myself to be present every day to my thoughts, feelings, emotions, and overall happiness. And the results are astounding. If you can do this work day in and day out, it will change your life dramatically. It does take work, just like everything else in life does.

 

 

It takes creating it like an obsession. See, the people who want to lose weight and are successful on that journey treat it like an obsession. They don’t just track what they eat and how much they exercise on Wednesdays. If they are truly committed, they are aware of these things every single day. That doesn’t mean that they are perfect in their efforts and always do everything the way they should. But, they put in the work and do their best.  👍

 

We are humans, so we will make mistakes, we will get off course in life. We may even punish ourselves for it or question staying the course. However, if you take on noticing your thoughts, your mindset, and your vibration throughout the day every day, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND WHAT’S POSSIBLE FOR YOU NOW, AND FOR SURE YOU WILL BE A DIFFERENT PERSON NEXT YEAR. 

 

So, are you going to keep making excuses and telling yourself why you aren’t enough to have the life and circumstances you want, or are you going to tell yourself a new story that empowers you and notice your disempowering thoughts throughout the day and make efforts to change your mind?
