
Constant Joy: Raise Your Vibration for a Happier Life

Do you know that when you experience positive emotions, you have a high vibe and when you experience negative emotions, you have a low vibe? I would even go so far as to say that neutral vibrations have lowerish vibe. Why does this matter and why are we talking about it? Well based on what you truly want to accomplish in life mostly you’ll need a high vibe to get you what you want.
After all, you’d never go on a first date and complain the entire time and think that you’ll have a second date (well unless that’s their thing also and it turns them on haha!) 😆 Or do a sales call or job interview when you are upset and think it will turn out in your favor, right.
For this very reason it’s so important for us (if you really want everything you say you do) to stay in a positive emotional state “high vibing” throughout your day.
Now, if you are truly present to your life and not fooling yourself into thinking that you are already this way 100% of the time, this may seem difficult or even impossible. At least it used to for me. I would find myself doing my daily practices every morning when I woke up (meditating and doing Reiki) and yet, throughout the day, things would bother me/annoy me/rub me the wrong way and I wouldn’t catch on that a new emotion had taken over and my vibe was now low. In fact, it wasn’t until so much later that I would notice it. It also expressed itself in new coping habits like “needing/enjoying a glass of wine” to chill from my day or wanting to veg out in front of the tv instead of connecting with my people. (Wow, sounds bad when you admit it out loud to people.)
You see doing a morning practice is awesome and it does not sustain you all day long into a positive emotional state. When things go “wrong” as they often do, what do you do? Do you notice? Do you have a practice to get you out of it? Do you even care?
If you don’t notice it or don’t care, I would call this coasting. Yes, I have been a coaster a lot in life. Some people call this going with the flow and if that works for you……..Awesome keep doing it!
It stopped working for me. Maybe I got bigger dreams, maybe I got present to this being my one and only life….I don’t know but I wanted more than coasting.
If it truly is possible to live your life in a constant state of JOY…..Count me in. Not only in the moments of life that seem really important but in the ones that don’t as well.
Managing my mindset throughout each day has been/is a game changer.
I share all of this to say, if you are ready for more, ready to live in a constant state of JOY, ready to vibe high, ready to wake up and catch yourself in those moments when things go wrong and turn your state around, then I have something for you.
