OMG… Life Changing!

Maybe you aren’t necessarily feeling bad, but you just aren’t feeling amazing either.
This is such a common experience for us that we don't even notice it for the most part.
Usually, we call this, life as usual. Nothing good, nothing bad—just getting things done.
Have you ever wondered if this is what life is really supposed to be about? Getting things done?
Trust me, I’ve been there. I think everyone on the planet has been there. But that doesn’t mean we have to stay there.
I recently challenged myself to notice my thoughts and cause a breakthrough in my mindset. All of the mindset experts say, in one way or another, that this is your access to fulfilling your dreams. So I bought it hook, line, and sinker.
I have so many tools in my proverbial toolbox, and I know what to do to get in a high-vibe mindset, but I wasn’t practicing what I knew.
I challenged myself to fully take this on—fully being happy every day, high vibe state, creating my dreams, and more. (In an authentic way!)
WOW, first of all, what I noticed is the stark difference this was to how I typically lived my life. This was surprising because I’ve always been a glass-half-full kind of gal. However, nothing compared to the level I was now operating on consistently and how quickly I could notice when something got in the way of this.
I created practices I could do every day consistently to create and stay in my high-vibe state of happiness. Most importantly, I created practices for when I had a disempowering thought, an old habit creeping in, or when someone did something to annoy me out of my precious state.
After doing these practices consistently for 10 days, my life changed. I was immediately happy and grateful when I woke up in the morning. I was more connected and loving to the people in my life and more present during my day, which led to a whole lot of joy. Everything started to alter—my relationships, happiness, gratitude level, money, body, and mostly my peace of mind.
Now, I’m not saying that I did it for 10 days and I can now stop and the results will continue on. Just like anything in life that is worthwhile, it takes effort. That doesn’t mean hard work but rather it means awareness. Can you be aware enough in the moment when you have a bad thought to use these techniques to change it immediately rather than letting it spiral into having a bad day?
