My top 5 stress busting techniques:

1. Pretend like you are a drone. Yes, it’s funny but it works! Zoom way out of your issue and see life newly.
2. Will what you are dealing with matter 5 years from now? If not, let it go.
3. Box breathing. This Somatic therapy works amazing to calm your nervous system.
4. EFT Tapping. I love this and use it frequently to deal with many issues I have from time to time. Check out the Tapping Solution app. It’s a life changer!
5. Release technique is a great visual for letting go of the old and bringing in the new.
