What Does Your PAST Tell You?

Have you ever noticed just how much you think about your past?
They may be good memories, they may be bad memories, but what they have in common is that they are from the past. They aren’t happening now.
A lot of times, our thoughts about the past are holding us back from what we want in the future. We question if we are really capable of losing weight, being in an amazing relationship, making more money, having a great relationship with our kids, starting the business, etc.
The only reason you would question any of this is because you have a thought about something that happened in the past, which makes you question yourself.
So what is it? Let’s distinguish it together. What is the goal that you REALLY, REALLY want? Yes, that thing you barely wanted to say out loud because it’s so big.
What do you tell yourself about why you can’t have it now? Really think about it. What is so scary about it that you won’t allow yourself to have it?
What if it’s easier than you think to get it? What if you just needed to give up your past conversations about it and your limiting beliefs?
Your limiting beliefs are your past thoughts that you chose to hold onto and become your beliefs about you.
