This simple yet powerful technique will bring your desires to you quickly!
There is something we have control of, but pretend that we don’t day in and day out. It’s our feelings—how we feel each and every day. Some people argue that life happens to them, and then they just feel whatever they feel in the moment. If someone says something mean, they feel terrible. If something goes wrong, they feel awful. And if life isn’t perfect, they don’t feel great. Conversely, when something good happens, they feel amazing 🤩. Compliments lift their spirits. This can make life feel like a roller coaster 🎢, where circumstances dictate our feelings each day.
Now, I understand that there are significant events in life where we can't control our feelings, such as a death, divorce, or any significant loss. These aren't the circumstances I’m referencing here. I'm talking about the everyday situations that annoy us, ruffle our feathers, and inhibit our ability to manifest what we truly want in life.
One of the core secrets in manifestation is feeling good.😁
The universe responds to how you feel. If you feel bad, you’re attracting more negative energy. If you feel great, you’re attracting more positivity. We can absolutely control how we feel each day, but it requires conscious effort.
If something makes you feel bad, what can you do in that moment to feel good again? I’m not saying to avoid feeling the bad emotion—it's healthy to feel it and then let it go. However, many people dwell on it, indulge in it, and tell everyone about it.
So, what can you do to change the way you feel in any moment and return to a great feeling?
Here are some practices I use to get back to a good feeling state (though sometimes it’s harder and takes longer than other times):
- Listen to a song that makes you happy. 🎶
- Go for a walk and immerse yourself in nature. 🚶♀️
- Pet a dog—this has been shown to boost your mood. 🐩
- Smile at a baby. 👶
- Jump up and down and scream until you start laughing at yourself. 😆
Whatever you choose to do is up to you. I invite you to notice when you’re in those down, upset, or lower vibration states. Recognize it and see what you can do to elevate yourself back to a high vibration state, so you can attract more positivity into your life every day.
You deserve to fulfill your dreams and to be happy.
