Epic alignment

We’ve all experienced that feeling of being stuck, feeling heavy, and lacking flow in our lives. 🌫️

I experienced this today. I started my day feeling in EPIC ALIGNMENT and then listened to something that gave me a bad feeling and lowered my vibration (side note: always guard what goes into your ears! 👂🚫)

Suddenly, I felt off, out of alignment, and uninspired. Once I noticed it, I got up from my desk, grabbed my favorite green tea 🍵, and looked at areas in my life where there were incompletions. I decided to start completing things. For me, it was returning some items that had been in my car for days. 🚗✅ It felt amazing to move my energy (physically and non-physically) and regain a sense of completion! 🙌

While I was out, I bumped into a mom I know from school, and we had a deep and meaningful conversation about energy, spirituality, and the work I do with my clients. Instantly, I felt back in Epic Alignment. 💫 I could breathe deeper, felt more connected, and felt inspired to take on the rest of my day. 🌟

I’m sharing this to remind you to notice when you are out of alignment, and take steps to get back into flow, where life becomes easy again. 🌈

I’m grateful to have built a life and a company where I can step away to reconnect! Look for ways to get into epic alignment and be open to the amazing synchronicities waiting to show you that you’re exactly where you belong. 🧘‍♀️💖
